It’s week three of working from home, practising social-distancing and self-isolation.

I am not complaining but thankful for everything those at the frontline are doing to keep us safe.

With so much time at hands, working from home and spending time with your loved ones. I’ve rounded up ten things to do while self-isolating at home.

1. Take care of your mental wellbeing.

2. Declutter and re-arrange your closet:

Nothing beats having a tidy closet as well as knowing what you own. I find this therapeutic.

3. Learn to bake:

In Spite of everything going on right now, this is the perfect time to learn how to bake.

Without a doubt, I’ll be in my kitchen mastering the art of baking the perfect banana loaf.

4. Read a book:

5. Dance it off:

6. Learn a new skill:

Of cause, we all know what learning a new skill can do to our portfolio. Currently, I’m learning how to edit videos in Final Cut Pro. You can get a free trial here for three months.

7. Deep clean your house.

8. Practice daily gratitude.

Start a journal of the things you’re grateful for.

9. Call up your loved ones.

Facetime, create a WhatsApp group, and remind them you care.

10. Learn how to cook:

Nothing beats homemade meals, obviously: learn how to cook. In the long run, you save money on takeouts and eat healthy in the process.

11. Learn to make your nails:

I’m definitely not the only missing the nail shop. However, it’s the perfect time to learn how to make your own nails.
