I know how important mental health is!
I can boldly say it is far beyond the clothes we wear, the job, the photo pose, the coffee hang out and the fake smile which appears that everything is okay, when in reality, you’re trying to fix the inner man.
It is safe to speak out, seek help and know it is okay to not be okay.
I hope people will show more empathy and seriousness to mental health and wellbeing.
